🛒 Purchases and Orders

Product Information

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, colors, images, or other content on our Service are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Payment

Payment must be authorized before your order is processed. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

Payment Disputes

If something is wrong with your order, contact us first at contactus@discreet.toys or text 813-602-2480 — we respond within 1 business day. If you file a dispute or chargeback, we will provide your card issuer or payment processor with our order records, including your order details, your agreement to these Terms at checkout, your IP address, and carrier tracking and delivery confirmation. Our Prohibited Uses Policy prohibits disputing legitimate charges and claiming non-delivery of items that were successfully delivered.

📦 Shipping and Delivery

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Shipping Address, Signature & Delivery

We ship only to the address entered at checkout. We can't change the address after your order is placed or redirect a package in transit. Orders of $200 or more may require a signature at delivery. A package the carrier marks delivered to your shipping address is considered received, and responsibility for it passes to you at delivery. Larger orders may arrive in more than one plain brown box.

🔄 Returns and Exchanges

Please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy for complete details. In summary:

• ● We do not issue refunds. Our policy is exchange-only. Any refund is a courtesy exception at our sole discretion; if we approve one, original shipping and any restocking fee we're charged (currently up to 10%) are deducted.
• ● We offer one (1) exchange per order (one item), for an item of equal or lesser price, requested within 30 days of delivery. Exchange shipping is the actual cost to ship your new item, with a minimum of $12.95 (continental US) — we'll quote it when we issue your RMA number. Email us first for a return authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an approved RMA number will not be accepted. Exchanges are also limited to one per customer in any 12-month period. Approved defect, shipping-damage, wrong-item, and “not as described” claims don't count toward this limit. Orders that share a name, email address, shipping address, or payment method are treated as the same customer.
• ● The original item must be returned sealed and unopened, with tracking, before your exchange ships. We'll email you the return address and instructions for your order. Return shipping for the original is your cost, separate from the exchange-shipping fee.
• ● Defective items are covered for 90 days from delivery and replaced free of charge with photo evidence of the defect. We may also require a short video of the defect and return of the item (we'll email a prepaid return label) before the replacement ships.
• ● For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used items cannot be accepted back for exchange, ever. The only exceptions are approved defect and “not as described” claims.
• ● Final Sale items are not eligible for exchange: clearance, sale, special-order, and discontinued products; gift cards; free promotional items; any item with a product price of $300 or more; love dolls and torsos; sex machines; intimate furniture and swings; and any item with a shipping weight of 10 lb or more. Items that are Final Sale because of price, category, or shipping weight are marked “Final Sale” on the product page and in your cart. Final Sale items are still covered for defects (90 days) and for shipping damage, a wrong item, or an approved “not as described” claim (7 days).
• ● Not as described? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll review it against the product listing. The item must be returned under an approved RMA before any replacement or exchange ships. Return shipping is your cost unless our review finds we shipped the wrong item.
• ● Exchanges are evaluated per order and per customer to ensure the policy is not being intentionally abused.

👤 Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Discreet Toys LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

User Content License

By posting content (including reviews, comments, or images) on our Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and promoting our Service.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State in which Discreet Toys LLC is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
