One-Time Exchanges & 90-Day Defect Coverage
It's only freaky the first time โ and we want you to love what you ordered.
Because the products we sell are personal and intimate, the way returns work in our category is different from a clothing store. Here's exactly what we offer, and exactly when.
๐ The Short Version
- We do not issue refunds.
- We offer one (1) exchange per order, for an item of equal or lesser price.
- Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Defective items are covered for 90 days with free replacement.
- For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened or used items back, ever โ no exceptions, no restocking.
๐ฆ 30-Day Exchange Window
Not what you expected? You can exchange your item one time per order for any item of equal or lesser price within 30 days of delivery. No need to ship the original back.
๐ง 90-Day Defect Coverage
Received a defective item? We'll replace it free of charge within 90 days of delivery. Just send us a photo of the defect and your order number.
๐ 1. One-Time Exchange (within 30 days)
If your order isn't right for you, you can exchange it one time per order for any item of equal or lesser price on discreet.toys.
- Window: 30 days from delivery date
- Cost: Flat $12.95 exchange-shipping fee (continental US) / $29.95 (Alaska, Hawaii, international)
- No need to ship the original back โ for hygiene reasons we cannot restock it, so please keep, donate, or dispose of it
- One exchange per order, total โ after the exchange ships, the order is considered final
- If the new item costs less than the original, the price difference is forfeit โ exchanges are not partial refunds
๐ง 2. Defective Products (within 90 days)
If your item arrives broken or stops working due to a manufacturer defect within 90 days of delivery, we replace it free of charge.
- Window: 90 days from delivery date
- What qualifies: manufacturing defects, motor failure, charging failure, broken seals on arrival
- What does not qualify: wear from use, accidental damage, misuse, improper cleaning, lost charging cables, removable accessories
- Required: photo of the defect and your order number, sent to contactus@discreet.toys
- Replacement: identical item shipped free; no exchange-shipping fee
๐ฆ Shipping Issues
๐ฎ 3. Damaged in Shipping
If your package arrives visibly damaged or items are broken on arrival from carrier handling:
- Take photos of the outer box and the damaged item before discarding anything
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contactus@discreet.toys with photos and your order number
- We file the carrier claim on your behalf
- A replacement ships at our cost โ no exchange fee
- Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved
๐ 4. Wrong Item Shipped
If we ship you something different from what you ordered, that's on us.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contactus@discreet.toys with a photo of what arrived and your order number
- The correct item ships free
- We arrange and pay for return of the wrong item (or, depending on the item, ask you to keep it)
๐ 5. Missing Item from Order
If an item on your packing slip didn't arrive in the box:
- Check the box carefully, including all packing material โ smaller items can hide
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contactus@discreet.toys
- We ship the missing item at our cost
๐ 6. Lost in Shipping / "Delivered but Not Received"
We ship USPS Priority with tracking on every order.
- If tracking shows the package was delivered to your shipping address, the package is considered successfully received. We cannot issue a replacement for packages marked delivered by the carrier.
- If you suspect theft, file a report with USPS and your local police; we will provide an order receipt for your claim.
- If tracking has not updated in 7+ business days, contact us and we will open a USPS trace and work toward a resolution.
โ ๏ธ 7. Items NOT Eligible for Exchange or Return
โ ๏ธ Final Sale & Non-Returnable
- Any item that has been opened, used, or has a broken seal
- Items missing original packaging, accessories, charging cables, or hardware
- Lingerie that has been worn, washed, or has tags removed
- Final-sale items: clearance, sale, special-order, and discontinued products
- Gift cards
- Free promotional / freebie items
๐ฌ 8. How We Review Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges and returns are evaluated per order and per customer to make sure the policy isn't being intentionally abused โ that's how we're able to keep our prices low for everyone. ๐ฉ 9. How to Request an Exchange or Report an Issue
Email contactus@discreet.toys or text 813-602-2480 and include:
- โ Your order number
- โ The item(s) involved
- โ A short description of the issue
- โ Photos (required for defects, shipping damage, or wrong item)
We respond within 1 business day and process approved exchanges within 5โ7 business days of confirmation.
๐ณ 10. Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping (orders $69+) and is later canceled, the original shipping cost (up to $12.95) may be deducted from any courtesy adjustment.
