How to Use

Start by attaching your chosen trainer to a smooth surface using the included Vac-U-Lock suction base. Apply a generous amount of the included Grunt Grease lubricant — patience and plenty of lube are your best friends here. Begin with the smaller trainer and take your time; there’s no rush. When you feel ready, transition to the larger trainer to continue building at a pace that works for you. The bendable PVC allows the trainer to flex with subtle positional shifts, making the process feel more intuitive and less intimidating for first-timers and experienced enthusiasts alike.

Care & Cleaning
