Silicone Enema Bulb — CleanStream with Poseable Nozzle by XR Brands

Silicone Enema Bulb User Guide & Play Styles

First-timers: making your cleansing routine comfortable and simple

If you’re new to pre-play cleansing, a phthalate-free enema bulb is the most approachable place to start. Fill the CleanStream bulb at the tap with comfortably warm water, bend the poseable nozzle to whatever angle feels natural, and apply a little water-based lube to the tip. One smooth squeeze, a few seconds of hold, then release — repeat until clear. The body-safe silicone material stays gentle against sensitive areas, and the clean, black finish looks more like a grooming tool than anything intimidating. For more reassurance about backdoor preparation, our guide to anal sex walks through everything step by step.

Prepping for anal play: using your waterproof silicone enema bulb in the shower

The fully waterproof build means you can run your entire cleansing session in the shower — fill, bend, rinse, and repeat without leaving the spray. The bendable nozzle enema bulb design holds its angle hands-free, so you can focus on staying relaxed. When you’re done, the nozzle pulls off and the whole XR Brands unit packs flat in a toiletry bag. Whether you’re preparing for an evening with a partner or simply want a thorough, comfortable clean, this waterproof silicone enema bulb fits naturally into a shower routine.
